Our hot water heater was having issues and instead of charging us a fee to come look at it, he explained where a reset button on the heater was. He didn't have to do that and could have charged us to come look and it and push it himself. I'll be using him for any problems in the future!

It's their promptness that was appreciated. Came over quickly, climbed up and snaked it. Manuel and his gang always do me right. Have been using A-1 Super Plumbers since 2007 and would use anyone else!

I called 2 other plumbers before calling A1 plumbers, and they could not get the job done, I am so glad I was able to find A1 Plumbers, they arrived quickly and fixed my problem. I definitely will be using A1 Plumbers again when I have another problem, no doubt about that. I highly recommend A1 plumbers, workers were prompt courteous and got it done in no time!!!

Initial contact was thru a third party; they would call and set an appointment. Never a problem, always a smile.

I have been using him for four and a half years. It took him a day and a half. He knew everything that needed to be done. He had everything lines up and set to go. He had all the parts and everything that was needed. The price was reasonable.

Contacted them first on July 15th. They tried to diagnose the problem over the phone without looking at what was really wrong. Referred me to an unknown individual who did not call me back. I called them again on July 18th. Again they would not come out. Stated they would contact the unknown individual. They called back saying they left a message. Said they would call back. Neither the company nor the other individual called me back. I would not use them again because of their poor professionalism and lack of response to my plumbing problem.
