+ -1 moreMark Hotchkiss is a most honorable, personable and conscientious person. And you benefit from his 39 yrs experience. He does not always articulate all he knows, but he does not exploit. He did not lay out and explain all options but chose what he thought appropriate. And was probably correct. A leak developed later and his response was most admirable. His knowledge was incisive. His commitment to repair and right all damage seemed without reserve. I highly commend him. Joseph Ryer
