I called and left a message when I first contacted Victor. Within a few minutes, he called back, and we set up a meeting for an estimate. He looked over the yard and gave me an estimate. I also asked about fixing a broken sprinkler head. I don't know much about irrigation systems, and I've been in my home about a year, so I asked about just taking some time to check out the system, provide any maintenance that might be necessary, etc. The back yard was on an indoor timer, but the front was manual. He mentioned that it could be put on a timer, too, and we discussed some options for how to do that. I would have been happy with him boldly offering suggestions; he seemed a little reserved, but most people probably just know what needs to be done, and he certainly wasn't trying to be pushy. We finally settled on combining the front and back in a new outdoor controller. Between all of the yard work (trimming back 7 Mexican elders and limbs from neighbor's trees, mowing grass that was knee high, weed eating, cleaning up...) and the irrigation work, Victor and two helpers spent around seven hours working, and they weren't dawdling. They were very thorough and neat. I'm very happy with the irrigation setup because I don't have to worry about forgetting to water, and it will be taken care of when I travel. Now that the controller is outside, I could have someone come over and take care of any issues that come up as well. I have scheduled with Victor to come back in a couple of weeks to keep up the yard and fix one of the pre-existing valves that's not working 100%.

Victor and his team delivered premium service for a very affordable price. He came out almost immediately for an estimate and was on the job less than a week later. He and his team completed everything I asked for, exactly how I asked for it. Everything from the trees, bushes, cactus, grass and bushes looks flawless. I will strongly recommend to my friends and family. I will be using their service again in a few months for general upkeep.

Victor and his team arrived on time and well prepared for service we requested. The overgrowth of plants and trees were well trimmed back and clearing and removal of weeds, dead plants were all very well handled. We are very pleased with his work and highly recommend his service.

.I started using Victor's Lawn services about April, 2015. Therefore, I believe I can give an accurate accessment of this provider. Innitaly He said he would maintain my lawn for $50.00 every other week. I asked if he would come every week for $40.00 and he agreed to. He has always been timely and done everything he said he would. He has always gone over and above what I have asked him to do. Never has he left anything messy. Even while he was building the planters he cleaned up at the end of the day. I have been searching for about 3 -4 years for an honest, competent, knowledgeable, reliable, trustworthy, on time yardman. I found him in Victor. He tells me if there is anything I am not happy with he will redo it. One of his helpers accidently cut off one of my passon vines with his weed wacker and Victor offered to buy me another. That was not necessary; it grew back, The planters are beautiful and I am very happy with them. There have been times when he notices something that needs to be done but I have missed it. Victor goes ahead and fixes it. I am a very old lady. You know how grouchy, set in their ways old ladies can be sometimes if they choose. Victor has never provocked me to be that way. I have 2 yappy little dogs; this yard crew was very careful about keeping the gate closed so the dogs did not get into the street. I hope I do not lose my yard man to others because of this good review; but, Victor deserves to get this credit because credit is due. I am only going by what I have experienced.. Joanne Chapman

Was responsive and unlike many others very fair in price.

Called on a Saturday morning and set up an appointment for a price quote. He arrived on time for our appointment and provided a fair price of $250 for removal and clean up of downed tree. He offered to come the next day to remove tree which was a Sunday. This was great because we had a new renter moving in on Monday and the tree needed to be removed from front yard to allow renter access to house. While on the job he offered to trim another tree in the front yard for us for an additional $50 which was reasonable since we had not had the tree trimmed for several years. They completed their work in a timely manner and left the front yard clean and free of debris. They disposed of all of the branches and took it with them.

Mr.nunez and his helper are wonderful. They took out all the weeds and the yard immediately looked better. He then fixed my sprinkler system and fertilized the yard. He has been maintaining my yard all summer and my yard looks great. The grass is full and my shrubs are well manicured. Mr Nunez is easy to contact and he keeps me up to date on any work he thinks needs to be done on the yard or the sprinkler system. He always comes when he says he will and his prices are very fair for the quality of work. I am very happy with his work.

Meh....did the bare minimum as far as lawn care. He spent much of his time on his phone, kicking back, while his worker tried to take care of what he could. So in reality, there was only one person on the job. I chose to not have them come back as it required too much monitoring and checking to make sure the job was done properly.

We contacted Victor's Lawn and Garden to schedule an estimate for complete yard work. Due to currents rains our grass was very high and there were many weeds intertwined throughout the yard and alongside our rock wall as well in our pets cage area. Victor was extremely responsive via e-mail and contacted us by telephone to schedule an appointment on the same day. He let us know an approximate time and contacted us to make us aware he was underway. He provided us with an estimate which was very reasonable and proceeded to do the work immediately. He was fast, professional and did quality work He was also extremely courteous. We will definitely be using Victor's Lawn and Garden again and highly recommend them. Great Job!!

Everything went very well. In my last review of him and his work I meant to enter "yes" to the question " would I hire him again". Yes, I would and did hire him again. If everything continues to go well, I will continue to hire him every 2 weeks. He has been very considerate about keeping his word as to when he will be here and keeping me posted by phone. Victor and his assistant did an excellent job. They were very professional and courteous. I've scheduled for them to return in one month for routine yard maintenance.

He was very professional, listened to our concerns for our yard. We are new to the area and just purchased a house. The trees were overgrown and unhealthy. He quoted a reasonable price and that's what he charged. He started the job on a Saturday when he had time. He kept in communication and kept us up to date when he would return. During all trimming he asked what we would like trimmed and clarified to make sure we were all on the same page. He was patient and cleaned up afterwards. The job was quick and our yard, front and back look fresh and healthy. He also gave us some advice and answered questions we had about plants in the area. We didn't pay until after service was complete. We are definitely going to use this business for our future lawn care needs.

He mowed, trimmed and cleaned up my yard of weeds and debris. Trimmed my roses and hauled off all clippings and trash. He came almost every 2 weeks if I needed him. He was excellent! Always on time, flexible and charged a fair price for his work.

I had so many weeds in the front, back and sides of the house. They were able to stop by and give me an estimate, and once the rain stopped they arrived and removed all the weeds. This was my second time using Victor and my second time being very happy with their service. I had several neighbors comment on how nice my yard looked all thanks to Victors crew, I think one walked over and was trying to get them to do him next. They are excellent. They are professional, courteous, willing to help, and keep in touch during the time they are scheduled to work. They have never refused to do any of the work I have asked for and I am always glad to have them come take care of my yard. We are working on getting some Oleander planted, a sprinkler system put into the backyard and winterizing as Fall approaches.

Looks great and now have an enjoyable place to relax and unwind outside.

I was very happy with the service Victor provided, his pricing was fair. He offer other services and gave options for other jobs I might be doing. He was able to provide service by the end of that week, and left no evidence behind. I was very happy with the job done and would hire him agian.

I loved this group. They came early, were polite and efficient and worked really hard to get my yard back up to city code. They even did things that weren't scheduled to be done. Left my yard looking beautiful and clean. I would definitely recommend them and they are easy to communicate with...very responsive! I did think they undercharged me so I paid more than the estimate called for and was happy to do it.

The guy was meticulous. He is very prompt. His prices are very good. It is all lawn oriented work. Our yard is on the slope, so anytime the wind would blow extremely bad or we would get a rain then it would flush all the lava rock down to the sidewalk. He always answers.
