I was very happy with the beautiful replacement roof from Manuel Ruiz Roofing Company. I originally Manuel Roofing for 2 reasons: 1 The adjuster for my insurance company used Manuel Ruiz to replace his roof. I figured that if an adjuster with over 30 years experience and knowledge of the roofers in my area chose Manuel Ruiz, then I would be safe choosing them as well. 2 I liked the estimate that Fernie(owner) provided me. I knew exactly what I was getting. Other estimates that i got were a little less detailed. I felt comfortable choosing Manuel Ruiz Roofing because of these 2 reasons and my expectations were high. I was not disappointed. The overall roof looks beautiful. I have already been through a heavy rain ad wind and all is well. Fernie and his crew were polite, courteous and respectful.. They showed up as scheduled and worked diligently. The workers even fixed little things that I wasn't expecting or that weren't in the contract. Fernie was always courteous and patient with the questions and concerns that I had as I had never had a roof replaced. The crew cleaned up after themselves and I believe they left my yard looking better than before they started. Fernie even offered to clean the skylights inside my house--where dust and powder fell during the hammering on the roof. All in all, I was very pleased with the work--from the initial meeting to the last goodbye. I would use Manuel Ruiz Roofing again and I would not hesitate to recommend their services.
