+ -1 moreI made an appontment for May 10, 2012 at 6pm. I was contacted that same day at 5:17pm and was told they would not be able to make it at that time. I was told if they could come at 7:30pm that same day to provide me with an estimate. I finally left the area at 8:30. No one ever called to let me know they were not going to show up. I am a firm believer if a company cannot keep a scheduled appointment without contacting the customer why should I give them my business?

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE PUNCTUAL AND ON TIME FOR THE ESTIMATE. THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD CALL AND THAT THEY HAD PUT US ON THE LIST TO DO THE WORK, BUT THEY NEVER CALLED OR CAME BACK. I WAITED 2 WEEKS, AND THEN I FINALLY MOVED ON. THEY QUOTED $540 FOR TRIMMING AN OLEANDER BUSH AND STRAIGHTENING OUT SOME BRICK THAT WAS LAYED AND CLEAN WEEDS OUT OF MY GARDEN.
