Rick, the owner said he would be on site at 7 a.m. He arrived on time with a worker & they were working by 7:05. They completed the job in half the expected time, including clean-up. Then Rick told me that the job was easier than expected so he knocked over $100 off of the price. They were professional, honest, hard working, left the site clean.The ceiling is beautiful. I can't say enough about this company. If you need construction work done in the East Mountain area, call R&J.

This was a large remodel for a 30-year old home. Rick and Mike did excellent work, consulted on all options, subcontracted for electrical and plumbing. They were very conscientious, making sure the work met our expectations. They helped us work around unexpected issues. They were always professional, polite, and pleasant to have around. They worked hard to minimize the impact on our family and keep the construction zone neat. The final result is spectacular!

I had a very good experience with them. They were trustworthy and hard working. They work was excellent. The clean up was complete. I had a very good set up for activities that I need for. My wife and I built the house years ago and we had to push the guys to do it. This is quite a different experience.

ALL WENT GREAT

Replaced roof 5 years earlier but some shingles loose. Repaired areas requiring repair without question. Rick is very honest and trustworthy and does good work.

Rick refused any payment but I made him take it. It took him maybe 20 minutes to move the tiles into place and caulk and glue them. He was very accommodating and professional. He saved an old man the risk of climbing up onto the roof. Any plans to repair or add to my house in the future will certainly include Rand J Construction. He was referred to me by a former neighbor in Sandia Park and I thank my neighbor for it.

Everything went smoothlyand was on time

Never returned my call. Sent an email and got a response that the phone was and quot;giving me fitsand quot; and would try again tomorrow. Haven't heard a word since.

Rick was punctual on all meetings scheduled. Provided a detailed bid shortly after our first meeting. We contacted others who had used his company's services and ran a review on Angie's list. Gave him the go ahead a week or two prior to the commencement of the job. His work started the day he said they would and finished 1 day earlier than his estimate of the schedule. The work was complicated in one area due to a overhang that had become rotten. Rick along with us, worked out a good solution for this area and the result was very satisfying. There is one caveat to this review: It has yet to rain since the new roof was installed.

All jobs always went very well, on time, right on estimate, quality work every time. I have no complaints about any of them.

They also fixed the roof on my church. Their price was quite reasonable. If we ever need roofing services again, they are the company we will contact.

My overall experience was good. They did exactly what they said they would do and they did it in the amount of time that they said they would do it. The owner Rick made sure that the job was getting done. He was very involved in the project. The prices are very reasonable and I would use them again in the future.
