Lacy Development

After moving into our seven-year-old home, we noticed that the 20 ft by 16 ft brick patio had sunk about 5 inches from its initial level. All of the brick and stone contractors I contacted agreed that all of the bricks would need to removed, soil and sand added then all the bricks relaid. Brad's price came in the lowest and since he was already familiar with the homes on our block, I felt comfortable with him doing the work. He and his partner were on time, worked amazingly hard and made the patio look beautiful again. It took 2.5 days to complete the work and they even honored my request to leave part of the patio un-bricked so I could create a garden bed at one end.
