Description of Work: The person representing Trend Builders, did not feel his company could blow insulation into a flat-roof attic-space. He said it would be necessary to bust through my plaster ceiling to fill the attic space to insulate the attic. The person representing Trend Builders did not offer to examine the accessibility of the attic space in person. I had just had a new gas heater installed, during which two men were standing in the attic in an approximate 100 sq. ft. area. The remaining attic is about three feet high and has been traversed by an electrician in the past. The present foam insulation seems evenly distributed but is showing it's age. The house was built in 1940. I'm not sure how old the current foam is. I am still looking for a knowledgeable applicator.
