 + -1 moreThe technician worked the entire time he was at the house. Acted professionally throughout and was very competent. The bill included a carbon copy of his report and clearly listed each cost.
Description of Work: AC was not performing. It turned out to be a leak in the system on the outdoor unit. The technician tested the system throughly and then repaired the system.

The repairs were made quickly and the problem was resolved. I would recommend them to anyone and would definitely use them again. I found them through Angie's List.

 + -1 moreThe whole experience went much better than I had hoped...the estimated time table to replace the unit was actually moved from the Tuesday after Memorial Day to the Friday before the holiday...so I was pretty excited to say the least. They arrived at a little after 8AM and had the new unit up and running before noon. Everyone was extremely professional and polite. I was extremely impressed with this company and I wouldnt hesitate to use them again. I strongly recommend this company!

 + -1 moreThis was a terrible experience. There is no excuse for this lack of professionalism. If they decided to not do a service call, they should have called and said so. They had my name and phone number
Description of Work: I had a noise problem in my heat pump and called them early in the morning for service. The woman who answered promised they would be there. Right before noon, I called, again, and she said they would be there. After that, all calls I made went into an answering/messaging system and I left multiple messages, finally pleading on the last call. No one showed up, and my messages I left went unanswered.

Description of Work: Ac was freezing up. Called Carter's. They came the same day. He checked out entire system. Recharged Ac and it was good as new. Also informed us we need to change filters.

Description of Work: My unit was not putting any heat out just cool air, so the service man came out came inside checked the thermostat then went on top of the house cleaned it out and he was done. He said it was just dirty, if I had any more problems just give them a call I wanted to pay for it he said the office would send me a bill, as of today I have not received a bill so I called and they said it was a courteous call. I am very thankful for this company's compassion.
