I had them out twice, about two months apart--they were recommended by friends who are also concerned about pesticides in our environment, especially with children and pets. I had both small, fire ants outside, and other bugs inside. Herman and his son were both extremely pleasant and we're not "bugged" any longer by ants or other critters (well, hardly ever--one strays in once in a while, but we kindly tell them they are not welcome in our home and we put them outside. :)

 + -1 moreWHAT STANDS OUT WITH THIS COMPANY IS THEY DO COME TO MY HOME ON SATURDAYS. THEY SET THE APPOINTMENTS WITH ME IN ADVANCE AND THEY EVEN SHOW UP WHEN I AM NOT HOME. I HAVE USED THEM FOR FIVE YEARS AND HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM.
