OVERBAY CONSTRUCTION

The project went smoothly and the company did a very professional job. I bought the culture stone directly from Utility Block, the material supplier and Tom (owner of Overbay Construction) picked them up for me. The team arrived as scheduled and did an excellent job in laying out the stone. The quality workmanship comes through. This kind of work creates a lot of dust, at the end of each day, they cleaned up major debris to make sure the job site was not a mess. The crew was very friendly and was willing to accommodate all our requests, including rearranging some stone pieces after they were already put up.

I have used Overbay Construction before for patio work, a fireplace remodel (from sunken box to classic adobe Rumford), and to build a river rock retainer wall around our guest house. This is a master mason who knows his business, provides quality work, is aesthetically sensitive, and a pleasure to work for. I highly recommend him for: * Fireplaces (indoors or outdoor) * Brick floors, brick patio pavers, etc. * River rock accents - for base of home, gate pillars, etc. I have seen photos of other projects they work on - including flagstone patios and outdoor kitchens. I have no doubt they deliver quality work.
