Perfect! We are VERY impressed! From the initial call to set up a site survey, from the site survey, to the roof repair, everything went smooth and communication was prompt. We had several other roofing companies come to take a look at the roof, all of whom ended up referring us to Lone Mountain. They were the ONLY company that worked with the types of materials needed to repair our roof. Pricing and the amount of time needed to repair beat out all other companies, and so did the professionalism of the company. We would highly recommend. Not to mention we had scheduled the roof repair in the dead of Winter. We had a leak that sprung through and Lone Mountain roofing came to temporarily repair the leak to ensure we wouldn't have to worry about the effects, until it's full repair. We were so grateful as how easy and stress free to process was. One last thing I'd like to mention is that they provided pictures showing the damages. We especially appreciated this as we were able to see what exactly needed repairing, and it immediately built client/company trust knowing we weren't told something needed repairing without proof.

My experience with Lone Mountain was excellent from the beginning, starting with the consultation, to the end with the inspection after the roof was replaced with a membrane roof. Excellent! I was especially impressed by the way the crew cleaned up the area when they were finished. During the work, they found a couple of small things that were not going to work they way they had intended and immediately - at no additional cost - modified their approach so it did work.

We had several roofing companies come out. The process of having roofing work done on a flat top roof was totally unfamiliar to us, and there are several options out there. After evaluating our choices, we chose Lone Mountain Roofing- J3 Systems LLC because of the quality and relative affordability of their roofing product, as well as the warranty. J3 Systems does quality work and always leaves the worksite clean. They have also been very reliable on warranty service and needed repairs. I highly recommend this company.

They were the only quote that I got because of my knowledge of their business and their reputation so I am not sure how competitive their pricing was but the price seemed fair. I am very satisfied with the work done and their people were easy to work with. They left the area probably cleaner than they found it. I have already recommended their work to others.

Lone Mountain Roofing installed my new roof early this year. Jason arrived on time to do the estimate. I have a flat room that can sometimes be problematic. I had several questions regarding the type of roof that was best for my house and the process. Jason answered all my questions, explaining things in a way that I could understand. I chose a PVC membrane roof. I felt the price was competitive, and the warrantee exceptional. The installation went very smoothly, and I feel very comfortable with my decision. It went off like clockwork. I couldn't be happier. Lone Mountain did a fine job. Now my house has a good roof and I have the good feeling of knowing I made the right choice.

We worked with Lone Mountain and replaced our roof last month. Our experience of working with the company, during the past 10 months, have been nothing but positive. They are professional, easy to work with, prompt (in returning phone calls, emails, etc.), and extremely competent. We had additional roof-related work to do after they finished their job and they've been willing to come back multiple times to check on the roof and make small resealing and repairs. We highly recommend this company! They are pretty busy so we did have to wait about 2 months after we signed the contract.

It went just fine and it included perks that I didn't even know about.

Not very well. I paid additional monies to have areas built up and to slope to the perimeter. They buried my skylights in the process, I had to have them com e out a few more times to build up the roof, which they hadn't. The skylight's were not sealed when reinstalled.

It did not go well. I had discussed with them about certain areas of the roof including the roof over the 2 car garage that were to be built up to diminish the amount of water pooling in various areas of the roof. I had to have Lone Mntn back to install more layers of flat foam over the garage roof since it was still pooling a substantial amount of water. The roof over the living room, where there were 2 skylights was built up with the center roof area higher for water to drain to the periphery. The skylights metal corners were damaged in the process of removing them. In the process of creating the roof tapering, the skylights were "buried" meaning the bottom of the metal rim of the exterior skylight was 1/4 to 1/2 inch from the roof itself. The metal corners of the skylights were cracked vertically which caused water to leak into the living room ceiling when the snow would melt. I have substantial water damage to the interior of my Living room ceiling where both skylights are. Lone Mountain also covered over the kitchen vent without my approval. I contacted them while my roof was still under its 10 yr warranty. They refused to : # 1. repair & build up the skylights properly, replace skylights (at their cost). The skylights had never leaked prior to the roof installation. # 2. Lone Mountain refused to pay for correcting the vented area that was covered over by the membrane, in other words "flash in the penetration".

Performed the entire job in one day, in winter weather. From the start, the roof looked like crap: corners were poorly formed; termination bar was too high on the slope of the adobe walls. I've experienced a new leak about every two years, increasing in frequency over time; each leak was repaired, but only after damage to inside plaster. And some of those repairs have failed. In the course of installing the roof, they cut off the tops of the canales - I assume because it made it an easier job, but it makes it more expensive for me now to raise the parapet in order to provide positive drainage. I've worked in construction a lot of my life, and this was some of the worst work by any building contractor I've ever seen.

Lone Mountain's representatives and crew were friendly, helpful, skillful and responsive. They interfaced well with installers (including myself) of a new and differently ducted evaporative cooler, who were doing their installation concurrently. The one thing, as homeowner, that I speculate might have made the new roof even prettier, from ground level, is if they had removed the old over-edge flashing, instead of flashing over it. Admittedly, they did have agreed-upon reasons for using the technique employed. Lone Mountain's bid, for this work, was significantly less costly than a competitor's, and was a consideration in our choice.

We approached Lone Mountain roofers for alternatives for our anticipated installation of solar panels. Josh presented several options and left it entirely up to us to choose freely. No ?hard sell? of any kind! Lone Mountain worked flawlessly with our solar installers after we had made our decisions regarding the specifics of the new roof. Lone Mountain arrived at the precise time promised. The entire team worked continuously and carefully for the next two days. When their initial work was done, we were invited to inspect the results. Perfect!! And the guys were totally nice and friendly. ALL our questions were answered in short and understandable ways. After the solar panels were installed, Lone Mountain returned for the final finishing touches. They were done quickly. As we reviewed the work, we had a couple questions. They were answered quickly, completely and courteously. After all was completed, a final inspection of the roof and the surrounding yards were done. Any small piece of material was picked up and all was in perfect condition. Absolutely no mess left behind!! What one word describes our experience with Lone Mountain? Perfection! Lone Mountain people provided a detailed, written estimate and answered ALL our questions in a professional, courteous manner. They let us know when the old skylights were being removed so we could protect our carpet and furniture. They were friendly and professional, and accomplished all the work with no time gaps in the stages of the installation. They're great to work with!
