Excellent. J3 was very responsive and the crew they sent out to do the work was very punctual, professional and efficient. The crew leader gave me very good progress reports as the work progressed. One of the best companies I have ever dealt with. Hope I don't need roof repairs again, but if I do, J3 is the first call I make.

From start to finish, J3 Systems (Lone Mountain Roofing) operated with the utmost professionalism. It’s rare to receive such high quality customer service these days. Other companies may get a few things right, but, rarely can they put together the whole package. I can do nothing, but, applaud their efforts. For example, the roof material, style, and timetable for completion was what was best for my wife and I, not JP3’s bottom dollar. At no point, was there an attempt at an up sale. Each question was answered with an explanation and not a sales pitch. Also, upon completion, you would have never known JP3 was there. Everything was cleaned, hosed off, and ALL debris was removed. Needless to say, my wife and I, are extremely satisfied. I will, without a doubt, recommend J3 Systems (Lone Mountain Roofing) to anyone who asks.

The roof work was accomplished in just 2 days about 7 weeks after signing the contract. In addition to covering the roof, they underlayed the heat-sealed PVC membrane with 2" of insulation, removed and disposed of our swamp cooler, replaced an existing skylight, and installed new canales. The only discrepancy was discovering that the stucco covering the parapets along the perimeter and between sections of our roof had not been applied over solid plywood, which meant the top border of the PVC membrane had to be waterproofed with caulk. J3 will also provide 10 years of periodic complementary inspections and maintenance.

The quality and overall service was excellent. J3 Systems and their entire staff are professional, friendly and courteous. They were always on time and were in constant contact with all progress throughout the entire job. When the roof was on, the home was noticeably cooler and much more comfortable. I highly recommend this company to everyone.

Terrific job. I was preparing my home for sale, and I am 100% certain that the quality of the repair contributed to the successful sale of the home. I contacted the company after we purchased a home with a TPO roof. After 10 years (and an annual inspection/maintenance), it was the best flat roof I had ever seen. It was then that I had them prepare the roof for my sale. Great people to work with, from the office to the roof.

We needed to replace a 20+ year old tar and gravel flat roof that has refrigerated air and lots of duct work contacted running across the roof. We contacted J3 Roofing after a couple of family members recommended them. Jason presented us with several options regarding roofing materials, warranties, and prices. We decided on a silicon roof material rather than PVC - which would have been much more expensive due to all of the ducts that had to be work around. From the initial contact and quote process through the completion of work, the staff at J3 was a pleasure to work with. They were there when they said they would be, they kept me well informed of the progress, and they made sure we were completely satisfied with the roof at the end of the project. I would highly recommend J3 to anybody looking to repair or replace a roof.

Went smoothly and they were able to do the new roof even sooner than anticipated. The house is definitely cooler during the hot weather with our new reflective roof and sky lights. They worked with me very well on costs and were honest, professional and responsive at all times. I was able to upgrade the thickness of the roof material (Sikaplan pro ply) and it's warranted for 20 years, and they will inspect and service for free every 2 years for the first ten years.

Jason, Justin, the project manager, and the crew were very professional and a pleasure to work with from beginning to end – estimating, scheduling, communicating, and doing high quality work at a fair price. They also did a great job of dealing with the HOA, neighbors, and strict architectural guidelines in our 50-year old community, and with the added scrutiny of the state’s Cultural Properties Review Committee that oversees preservation work in communities and buildings on the State Register of Cultural Properties. I highly recommend J3 Systems.

We had J3 Systems install a PVC membrane roof in January 2018. Josh was great as we went through the estimating process. Our questions were answered completely and professionally. The actual work was completed as contracted and on a mutually agreeable schedule. It was completed in a professional manner with roofers who obviously knew what they were doing. Justin, our project manager was a joy to work with. If you called either Josh and Justin they answered, no waffling and no long delays getting back to you. It gave us confidence that the work would be done correctly and it was. Highly recommended.

The manager met with me and explained the process for the type of roof I had chosen. A few weeks later an assistant met with me to verify the job. Several weeks prior to the start of the work the crew boss met with me to verify the time the work would begin and, again, answer my questions. The estimated time for the job completion was 2-3 days. The crew was prompt and efficient. By the middle of the second day rain was in the forecast. The size of the crew was doubled and the job was completed by the end of the second day, and before the rainstorm that night. (It was probably the last actual rainstorm ABQ received!) The best thing about J3 is that, for a slight increase in price I was able to upgrade the roof material to 60 mil PVC, from 45 mil, and upgrade the labor warranty and biennial maintenance program to 15 years, from 10 years.

Great. I paid slightly more for a 20 year roof than I would have for. 5 year tar and gravel plus I have the added satisfaction. Of knowing my roof won’t lead as I’ve used this company for 3 other roofs and have had zero problems

It was an excellent experience. The personnel were professional, pleasant and experienced. The roof was installed and has worked as described. No problems. With a few minor issues they came and corrected any problems immediately. A great company to work with. I own a flat roof house, and this roof has eliminated any concern about roof leaks. It works!

I got estimates from both Lone Mountain and BAC for a vinyl roof. The Lone Mountain estimate was 35% cheaper than that of BAC. Yet my research indicated that the reliability of roofs for these two companies was comparable. And from talking with representatives from both companies, it appears that BAC roofs may be more susceptible to hail damage than Lone Mountain roofs. This may be because of the commercial grade of vinyl which Lone Mountain uses. Anyway, I decided to go with Lone Mountain. About three weeks after the Lone Mountain crew installed my roof, Lone Mountain sent another crew to inspect my roof and ensure that the first crew did a thorough job. That was a nice touch!

They made multiple trips out before, during, and after the work. Kept us informed every step of the way and made sure that we were comfortable. Would 100% recommend.

This company was extremely professional and punctual. I had an emergency leak and they showed up the same day and did a fix and make a follow up to check for any other issues. Would definitely use them again.
