Really well....the guys were so respectful, informative ,and funny! And they determined the problem very quickly. They probably could've convinced us we needed a new pump (because thats what we thought was wrong), but fixed a faulty control box and replaced a couple of worn down parts...$200 as opposed to the $2599-$3000 for a new pump. Oh, and we also had overnight guests at the time and the guys fit us right in. Would hire them again in a minute (hopefully we won't have to for a while!!!).

My house gradually lost water pressure over a few days, until there was no pressure at all. I called A & T, and two fellows came to the house to investigate the problem. They quickly determined that the problem was not with the pump, but with the air tank. They diagnosed the problem, replaced a switch and filled the tank with air. I was dreading spending $2000 or more on a new pump. As it was, it cost less than $200. I was impressed with their professionalism and sill,

We really like Clyde - in the past he has been absolutely wonderful! A great job for a fair price. However, I have called him 3 times in the past 2 months and each time he has promised to come by and check our pump by the end of the week. He hasn't made it yet.

I called Clyde he answered right away. He was going on another call on the other side of the city. He took my name and address and said he would come over after he was done. He called to say he was on the way. He had it fixed within the hour it was a bad control box. He was so helpful and answered all our questions; even gave us some chlorine pellets to shock our well. We would call him again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic! They returned my initial call for service within 45 minutes. Two very pleasant and knowledgeable gentlemen arrived at exactly the time they said they would. They had a well stocked truck and had all the parts needed to do the job. The new pump was installed quickly and correctly. I highly, highly recommend this company.

My well stopped working. The top of the well was buried and although I knew its approximate location, not exactly. I thought that well repair business would somehow be able to magically locate my well to work on it. Not. I had to get a metal detector to find it. Once found, Rusty was very prompt to fix it. He noticed it did not have a switch to turn off the pump if the water ran out in the well, which might lead to a burned out pump, and he installed a device to shut off the pump if that happens (The "deadhead"). Since we couldn't find the well the first time, Rusty had to come back again to finish this job. He was fine with this, and had a great attitude thru out the job. I would highly recommend him. If he had been able to find my well on his first visit, he would have received a perfect score. Perhaps he will start carrying a detector.

It went well from start to finish. Very professional and thw new well works great. Explaines the procees so I understood the work that they were doing. Will recommend this company for well sevice.

Clyde was great! He was punctual ad professional. He inspected all wells on property, checked the water table, and gave recommendations based on our needs. We learned quite a bit about the process through Clyde, and would definitely use/recommend him.

Service was prompt, repair has held.

Clyde, Tom and Devon did a superb job. The first half of the day was consumed with excavation and isolation of the problem. The break was too far under the slab, so a decision was made to bypass the tee that connected the outlying hose bibs and restore service to the house. Further discussion resulted in my request for the two valves in the irrigation box. The crew hydraulically bored access to the well head under the slab and left for lunch to gather necessary parts to complete the job and let the water from hydraulic boring drain out of the work pit. When the crew returned from lunch, all of the necessary plumbing was performed and pressure tested. As an additional precaution, Clyde inspected the crawl space under our house to make sure no new problems had arisen. As the work pit was filled, the crew took care to pull large rocks and bed the new plumbing so as to ensure that no inadvertent damage would occur as the desert soil is compacted and settles around the new plumbing. After all of the excavation was filled and the area regraded, the pressure tank was drained and pressurized to the proper pressure. We're very happy with the job, accommodation to future needs, courtesy, professionalism and reasonable cost. In addition, A&T stands behind their work for a year, not that I expect to have additional problems. I am a mechanical engineer who would have tackled this in years past. I spent the day outside watching and documenting the repair for the future, and came away impressed and confident that A&T is top notch. As long as I'm around and they are in business, they will be our well pump service provider.

I have used this company for other well issues in the past and I have found them to be very ethical, very capable, and very professional in my experiences. I would highly recommend them. They are reasonable in price compared to other companies that I have had over the years.

I called for an estimate which was done in a timely manner. The guys were very professional and explained everything in terms that I could easily understand. They gave me several options for repairs and also gave me options to improve the functioning of the well for my specific needs. After the work was done the price was considerably lower than the estimate because they found that I did not need to replace a certain part on my pump. I thought that showed the honesty of these folks.

During the inspecton, Clyde discovered a small crack in the connection to the pressure gauge, which would eventually cause the control switch to fail. He got the part and fixed it in about an hour. We were emailed the invoice and the water quality test was no charge because we were long time customers. I heartily recommend A&T Pump Services! Clyde Savaadra, the owner, has helped us with many pump and water problems. He replaced a burned out switch, as soon as we called, in between other jobs, on a Friday, when he had to go out of town that weekend. He installed our last pump and the one before that. He also is a founding member of a committee to establish standards and licensing for his industry in New Mexico. He is able and willing to share his knowledge and has many ideas and solutions for your situation. Thank You Clyde.

Ad says emergency calls on weekends. Called on a Saturday. No response until 9 AM on the following Monday.

Well used for irrigation. Clyde arrived same day to assess situation, gave an estimate and scheduled repair around my schedule. Postponed once to respond to a domestic water problem. Pulled pump, determined that repair required smaller pump than estimated. Bill was >$200 less than estimate.

Very responsive since he answered the phone when I called and others did not. They work weekends which is really great if your well is a critical water supply. They do a great job of working with you.
