He ran over my father in-law's favorite wheel barrow and didn't pay for it. He takes forever in giving me receipts. He installed a shut off valve before the water meter that we don't need and it's leaking.

Slow starting and many days no work was done. Additional day added to project. Quality of concrete below grade. Paid more for project than I could have received from others, but they said they could start sooner and completed. Not very satisfied.
