Description of Work: I had some plumbing work done. He replaced a regulator for the valve on our in-floor heating system. He got the job done and I was satisfied. I also had him install a tankless water heater.

Description of Work: 2 Bathroom remodels. Initially a some of the of work was done incorrectly - no P traps in multiple drains so the one end of the house smelled exactly like the septic tank for several months. When a more experienced plumber came out he fixed those problems and we were not charged for the repairs. The job still wasn't finished though and when we called to schedule the remaining work we were never called back. At this point we don't want B&D back and will use someone else in the future.

+ -1 moreOwner was out of town when service was performed and so service was a little shaky at first because of that. This company had done work for us before, and we had been happy with it.
Description of Work: Installed new air conditioning and repaired existing heating that was faulty due to another installer's incompetence.

+ -1 moreIt went very well. They were very good and they put a lot of time and effort into what I thought was a very reasonable amount of money to be charged. They've been out to the house a few times before and I'd highly recommend them to anybody.
Description of Work: They were hired to work on a outdoor faucet and replace an indoor faucet.
