We made the decision to call Swift Built for an estimate based off of their reviews, and I am really happy we did. Rick was great from the beginning to the end. I was impressed with the customer service we received and the product is strong and beautiful. We now have another room outside to enjoy. You can tell Rick enjoys his work and takes pride in it, and he shared that he has been specializing in patios for over 25 years, as well as his partner and son Ricky for 10 years. They were clean, reliable, fast, and professional. We couldn’t be happier! It was also no problem at all to call him out again to readjust the rain gutter. My husband and I are so happy we made this investment, and I’m grateful we chose Swift Built for our renovation. Thank so much!

We interviewed and got estimates from several contractors, each one offering different materials and styling. Rick (Owner at Swift Built) did the estimate, the presentation of their aluminum product, and headed up the installation as well. We chose Swift Built because they offer an exceptionally high quality product (Alumawood by Amerimax). It is strong and durable enough to withstand the harsh weather conditions here, is low/no maintenance. It looked beautiful in the brochures as well as the pictures Rick showed of actual installations. We wanted the carport to be an upgrade to our home and property, not just an addition. We could not be happier with the results. Rick was accurate about lead time, kept us informed about when the product would arrive, was punctual in calling to set an installation date, and was even able to install it a day early. Rick and his son worked cleanly and efficiently, they cleaned up and left no trace of being on site....except for the beautiful new carport addition. And he was able to offer a color that matches our house perfectly. All of these things make the price a very reasonable but exceptional investment! We are planning to have some additional side slats added soon and will definitely consider this company for future outdoor structures.

After getting 3 estimates on our project we decided to go with SwiftBuilt. The arrived promptly at 8a and finished the job in about 4 hours and cleaned up after. They were very courteous and professional. The lattice cover looks amazing. We are very pleased.

The owner, Rick, came out to our house. ( We chose him based upon the work he did for our next door neighbor.) We had a general idea of what we wanted, and Rick helped us with the shade for two sets of windows by suggesting a shade awning off the house instead of an acutal patio awning which would require posts (cheaper and adds to the appearance of the house). Then, we wanted to extend an existing shade awning toward one side of the backyard. He came up with a simple solution that perfectly matched what we already had. He was very professional, came to do the job on time (with a helper), and completed the work within the time indicated. Everything looks great. We would strongly recommend Rick.
