Description of Work: 3 rooms, 2 hall ways and a living room cleaning. The carpets looked worse than they did before they "cleaned" them. I contacted there office and the lady said that they could come back and redo them. Problem is I moved out and turned in the keys. Advised management to contact and provided the receipt.

Description of Work: Had my carpet cleaned. I covered stains with towels to remove tough stains and changed them as needed. After having them covered and kept damp for two weeks, I used my small SPOT CLEANER first and then my Home Steam Cleaner. See pictures of what my HOME-- SPOT and CARPET CLEANERS removed from my carpet after Stanley STEEMERS "CLEANED" them with their professional trucK mounted MACHINES. I was also informed, when I asked, that Stanley STEEMERS, did not return to remove spots that didn't come out. Well they might come out again if the stains returned in less than a week. A PICTURE IS WORTH A THOUSAND WORDS! SEE FOR YOURSELF!

THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN ON TIME AND ARE VERY EAGER TO WORK WHEN THEY GET HERE. THEY WERE AMICABLE AND THEY VERY TRUSTWORTHY. THE PRICES WERE DECENT FOR THE WORK THEY DID.
