Description of Work: Had some pictures to be hung on concrete walls. This provider took the time to help me measure everything out carefully and leveling the final product. It was a tedious job but he was patient through it all! He was friendly, worked hard, showed up on time, came prepared and was willing to go the extra mile to help. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: Chris did a number of projects including removing bathroom mirrors, replacing light fixtures, and fixing drywall problems in the bathrooms.

+ -1 moreMr. Marquez was working with Terry Ostrom on a fence and gate project. During this time Mr. Marquez repaired drywall on a bedroom ceiling. He covered everything in the bedroom with plastic before he started to work. He retaped several seams and plastered them. After several hours this was dry, and he sprayed plaster on the repair and troweled it down to create the orange-peel finish. When he was done you could not tell where the repair was. The work was excellent. Everything was cleaned up before he left. He was polite and professional. I would recommend him highly.
Description of Work: Mr. Marquez repaired a drywall ceiling. He taped and plastered the seam, and when dry, he sprayed to replace the texture. He was quick and the work was excellent. The Cost mentioned above was an estimate because this work was included with several other jobs and it wasn't broken out. The ceiling had an orange peel finish and when Mr. Marquez was finished you couldn't see the repair. He covered everything in the bedroom with plastic and cleaned up completely before he left.

+ 0 moreWe were pleased with all work performed by CVM Carpentry. They listened to us as the customer, and diplomatically made helpful suggestions. There are no taping lines showing through - the finished product is perfect. We started with a smaller project but were so pleased with their work we added on other things as they went along. He was amazing at matching ceiling texture. They are very trustworthy and professional.
Description of Work: We had purchased a 30-year old home in need of updating. We wanted bullnose corners, so he removed over 20 corner beads for us, and replaced them with bullnose. He replaced drywall / repaired adjacent walls. They framed in a new doorway between two rooms and refinished those walls as well as constructing another interior wall and installed the drywall. He cut / mitered / installed new baseboards.

+ 3 moreAfter the plumber was done I had to find someone to fix the floor and wall. I had company coming to visit in days. I called and they came over after work that night. They changed their schedule to accommodate me. They did the best job. I am so happy with the finished product. You can not tell there was any repair work done on the wall. It was textured and I was very worried you would be able to see the area but you can't. Wonderful job.
Description of Work: I had a water leak in my in floor heat system. To fix it the plumber cut a large 2 foot hole in my textured sheetrock wall and an 18 inch hole in my concret slab tile floor.
