 + -1 moreJim did a great job. Called let us know he was on his way. Quickly found the problem and fix it. It was a pleasure to talk with Jim while he work. I would recommend Santiago Electric for any electrical work needed around the house. His prices are very reasonable.
Description of Work: Electrical problems at breaker panel. Circuit breaker kept tripping.

Description of Work: Jim evaluated a lighting situation in the kitchen where the bulbs were burning out way to fast. He quickly sized it up as an overheating situation, and that the canisters installed weren't double insulated. He gave me two suggestions, and ended up replacing the lightbulbs with LED bulbs that stay cool. No replacement of the lighting fixtures was needed!

 + -1 moreThe owner (Jim Lopez) took the original call himself and came out within an hour to take a look and give an estimate. He was prompt, efficient, explained everything thoroughly and was, as mentioned by another reviewer, extremely polite and respectful, as was his assistant. The only complaint I have is that they did not clean up thoroughly. They left the wire and old conduit where it landed in my yard (some in the back, some in the driveway, and left gravel and dirt in my hallway. Even so I was very impressed with the work, the punctuality, the reasonableness of cost and the professionalism in every other aspect of the job. I suspect if I made a point to ask them to be sure to clean up, they would. I didn't and I was ok with cleaning up a bit.
Description of Work: Removed old electrical line from roof, fixed poor installation of water heater line (another service's fault, not theirs), sealed roof with silicone in preparation for roofers.

 + -1 morevery well. This gentleman is very professional, very polite and the most prompt and dependable contractor I have ever used for any home service. He showed up on his own to evaluate the situation, and then let me know what he thought. He always showed up when he said he would.
Description of Work: Re-did electrical set up for old well, removing me from a communal well, and then did electrical set up for the new pump. Evaluated some outlets I was having problems with, inside the home.
