 + -1 moreThe overall experience with Perfection Sheet Metal was great. The company was honest with me and very patient in answering my questions as I was learning a few things about flashing and how swamp coolers are connected. This was also all completed through long distant phone calls. Yvonne also explained that the cooler stand I had would not work if I had purchased a new cooler; because the size cooler that I currently have is no longer made. She didn't have to tell me this; for me that was good business and stated that they are a honest professional business that doesn't just try to make the buck, they help out the people that are not HVAC certified. Through Gabriel and Yvonne in telephone conversations, I have to say they were patient with me, answering all my questions and are an awesome business team that are in business to help people and not just take the dollar anyway they can. I would recommend them to anyone I know.
Description of Work: Gabriel gave feedback on the condition of a swamp cooler stand. Previously I had been told it was rusted and the cause of damage to the roof on the manufactured home. Gabriel stated the cooler stand would last longer than the swamp cooler and it was not rusted.

 + -1 moreThey were professional, prompt and flexible. They seem to really take pride in their work, which is so refreshing these days. This also appears to be a family business with exceptional work ethic and commitment to customer service. They worked with our schedule and made arrangements to take care of us on short notice before a holiday.
Description of Work: After speaking with the lady in the office, I received a prompt call back to discuss our a/c issue and the servicemen came out the very next day to see if they could fix our old a/c. As we suspected, it was beyond fixing so they called the office for us to get a quote on replacement. They were able to make arrangements to install the new unit between their other jobs prior to a long, hot holiday weekend. They did not charge us for the initial service call either!
