All positive. This is a family business and they were all involved. They were not the cheapest I surveyed by about $25. But their involvement was worth the difference: follow-up calls, on time arrival, complete pumping - all of the normal expectations for the service. The tank had not been pumped in 9 years. But then to top it off, while pumping, a pipe dropped off inside the tank that had not been properly gluedwhen the house was built. Without my asking, they volunteered to climb down into the tank and reconnected! That was above and beyond my expectations. Thanks to them and I will be calling again when needed.
