+ -1 moreThey did not finish the job. Specifically; they failed to return and finish the stump and grind it down as they had previously stated that they would do!! They also had asked me to prepay to have everything done and I am very glad, NOW, that I did not do that. I am very disappointed with Jim and his business "Ethics". He does not seem to care because he does not even return calls.
Description of Work: Cut down a half fallen globe willow tree.

+ -1 moreThey were expensive, but considering the dangerous work Jim and his crew did, I feel they deserve a high grade. Climbing up into 60 foot tall trees and cutting trunks as big as a man's chest is exceedingly dangerous, but Jim's crew did it all very professionally. They cleaned up all the branches afterward also. I cannot vouch for the crew he has now, but Jim's expertise with big trees is the best. I hope this helps others looking for tree service.
Description of Work: In spite of the 2011 date, it has been much longer since I used Jim's Tree C.

+ -1 moreThey did a lot of work for a very little price. It was reasonable. They were respectful, courteous and generally easygoing. We have had some people in here that were very disrespectful, and these guys were really nice.
Description of Work: We used Jim's Tree Service. They trimmed a tree out because it was growing into the electrical line. We had two bad winters, so it killed a lot of shrubs and trees. They cut all that stuff out and cleaned up the leaves and stuff that were underneath where they had cut the Pyracantha, Nandina, etc. They also trimmed our little redwood tree.
