Initially things seemed to go well, until the sliding glass door did not arrive with original window order. After a long wait, they had me call the factory, instead of dealing with them directly. There were weeks that went by without hearing from them, when they were supposed to be getting back to me in a few days. I had to keep calling them to get updates on status, and it went on for way too long. Once materials arrived, the job was done decently except for them leaving a stack of broken glass, from removing 1 of the old windows, on my dog's bed. I just happened to discover it before the dog tried to lie down on it. After windows were installed, I again had difficulties contacting them for the stucco. The stucco was completed quickly, once they finally came to do it. I do have a few spots where the stucco has problems, but hesitate to contact them due to issues previously mentioned. I recently (May, 2009) contacted them for a metal roof quote. At the time I called I made an appointment for Wednesday morning at 10:00am. When they called back on Friday they asked if I had talked to Jerry and scheduled an appointment. I told them "Yes, he was supposed to be here Wednesday at 10." I do not recommend this contractor, unless you are willing to receive poor customer service.
