+ -1 moreHe was outstanding and beyond all of our expectations. His workmanship, design skills, honesty, work ethic and punctuality were amazing. If he finished a task, he didn't sit down and wait for us to give him instructions. If he couldn't figure out what we wanted to do next, he came and asked for direction. He offered intelligent and very helpful ideas in each project. He calculated his hours carefully. He was always here when he said he would be. He worked steadily and quickly. His variety of skills was a real plus. I have recommended him to many acquaintances and have had no negative feed back about him. I will hire him again and again. One of the most surprising facts about Jacinto is that his labor rate was the most reasonable of anyone we talked to. Usually you get what you pay for. With Jacinto you get FAR MORE than you would normally expect at his labor rate.
Description of Work: He was initially hired to do some landscaping work but we expanded it to include laying a path of pavers, painting of exterior trim, grading a driveway and installing fencing.
