+ -1 moreThey were terrible. They never came out or called me. They said that they would call me back. They use to be really good. I would never use them again. They have good prices and have good equipment. I new they were busy but, I would have liked a call back. I have used them before. The receptionist was good to me.
Description of Work: Home Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioner was supposed to fix a major water problem.

Description of Work: Our propane furnace was not igniting properly. We must not have been the only ones having problems because we left messages with at least 4 local companies without a return call! Home Plumbing returned our call, and were able to come the next day to look at our furnace. He checked out the furnace, cleaned it and said it seemed to be working properly....and to call if it didn't as there was another, more compiicated part that could be the culprit. Well, it didn't work and as soon as Christmas was over he came back out (fortunately we had a pellet stove for heat as well) and disassembled and cleaned the other part. The man was very professional and seemed very knowledgeable. It took a few tries, but they finally got it right. Much better than the first young man, from another company, who suggested we replace the whole electrical panel!

+ 0 moreSear's had ripped me off and winter was coming. i had contracted for A/C and a new furnace. Time elapsed, so I call Home Plumbing to get my swamp thing working. They did a GREAT job at a reasonable price; then winter was moving in and I called Home Plumbing for a furnace. They recognized the same Code issues that had brought Sear's (all out of town contractors) to a screeching halt. It took some good problem solving to re-do duct work and intakes, etc., but when they made their proposal I accepted it immediately and they were at work within 3 days. Good work!! Warm house in all corners for the first time in 30 years! They charged $1300 less than Sear's for more work. GO LOCAL!
