+ -1 moreThis has to be the best service call I have ever gotten. We had just moved here to Carlsbad, NM and my Washer was not spinning. He quickly figured out the problem and told me what needed to be done for future use. Really really friendly! I HIGHLY recommend them!!!
Description of Work: My washer was not spinning. He quickly figure out the amount of water was not getting into the washer which means it would not work properly. He took off the back of the control panel to make sure that it had no burn marks.

+ 0 moreRob came over and asked a few questions as he pocked around at the fridge and within 5 minutes had an idea of what was wrong with it. He poured a small glass of water in the condensation tray and found that the tray was rusted out and had a hole in it. He was fair in telling us he could order the part for us or we could order it our selves on-line for less but unfortunately for us they no longer made that part for our fridge. Rob's genius solution was to use a heavy duty cookie sheet in its place which he gladly installed for us. Strange fix for our situation but what can I say, we have an old fridge.
Description of Work: Condensation tray was replaced in the fridge.
