Description of Work: Let is grandmother die with out air conditioning and now his sick mother lives in the 104 F weather with no air conditioning. He was ask several times to fix it and he refuses.

Description of Work: Scheduled an appt for an estimate for a complete replacement of our heating/cooling system and on the day of the appt they called to cancel stating a medical emergency and they would call back to reschedule. Things happen and sometimes cancellations cannot be avoided; however, we never heard from them again - customer service can be everything and the lack of led us to choose another company.

 + -1 moreAMAZING! Josh was exceptionally professional, organized and prompt. He explained to us the best cost effective way to install a whole HVAC system in our home and he gave us an amazing price. Every time we set up a meeting time it was a time that worked with OUR schedule (not theirs) and we received a courtesy call asking if it was still a good time to come over about ten minutes before they showed up- every time! It was great! When it came down to installation day they showed up on time and left after 8 straight hours of work so that they could get the job done ASAP...these guys never even took a lunch break! They laid boards and drop clothes down over everything as well to cut down on the mess and they picked up everything they brought into the house. I would not go with any other company around since experiencing the professionalism we received from Dynamic Heating and Cooling.
Description of Work: Home visit followed by a prompt estimate that was emailed directly to me the same evening. Their willingness to work within our budget and give us the biggest bang for our buck.
