I would give them an "A+". When I called other plumbers, they didn't bother to return my call. That was when an actual person answered the phone. When the plumber himself called to let me know he was coming, he called to advise that he would be 10 minutes later than that because there was a detour on the roads, which was absolutely correct. They totally kept communication with me from the moment I made my first phone call to them until everything. It was great. If I need plumbing work in the future, they will be the one's that I call.

After calling other local plumbers and leaving voicemails to which they did not reply, I called Crouch Plumbing and actually spoke to a person. I explained my problem and she offered to send someone that afternoon, but I had a commitment I had to attend to and asked if a plumber could please come the next day. The next day about 10 minutes after 8:00AM she called back and asked if it was OK for the plumber to come by, to which I gratefully said YES! A few minutes later Brandon called saying he would be a few minutes late as he had to detour around a closed road. He arrived within 15 minutes of that call. Brandon was very polite and professional, worked quickly and got the job done. The final bill was about what I expected. I was very pleased with the work done and the timely response. Based on this service I highly recommend Crouch.

The gas line was completed, but after two weeks of waiting for the company to come back and fill in the trench and clean up the debree, it took my husband 4 hours to fill in the trench. We simply couldn't wait any longer as this posed a safety risk as the trench stretched across our entire backyard and clear out into the alley. We would never use this company again. We received this invoice 5 months after the job was completed (right before the holidays) and this is par for this company as they are slow and unprofessional. We had other work done along with this job ( our review is on this site) and we had to hire another plumbing company to complete the work. This evaluation is honest. We do not know the owners and I just moved here to Artesia. We have other employer friends moving here and we will let them know not to use this company.

Washer box was good. Heater vent caused the roof to leak and we had to pay roofer to repair. The heater and water softer were not completed. Kitchen sink drain had to be rotor routed as it was completely clogged. Toilet and vanity were ok. The shower drain was plugged up because a plumber left a plastic bag in the drain and it went down into the drain and clogged our plumbing system. We had to have another plumbing contractor to repair and finish work. This company tells you they will come on one day and a week later they send one plumber at 4:45pm so they can charge overtime. You have to call and call to get them to come back and finish the job. Lots of excuses. Do not use this plumbing contractor they are the worst. Consider yourself warned. We contracted another plumbing company here in Artesia and they very promptly finished the work. My husband and I are new to this city. We do not know either one of these companies or their owners. Honest evaluation and we will let our friends at work know. Also they give you no idea of how much they are billing and then send you an invoice 7 months later. I just received this invoice Saturday 11/28/15 and work was performed in April. This is how they run their business.

Had a leak in the yard. My husband dug the hole and found the leak. When he came, my husband had to tell him what to do. He didn't have the arts and left for an hour and half, came back and fixed it. It lasted 2 days and started leaking again. He came back and had to fix it again. He should have fixed right the first time. We will never use them again!!
