+ -1 moreWe had an estimate done on our home for a new system to be put in. The estimate was about $7200 for a 3 ton unit (originally done in 2010). We decided to wait till this past week to finally get the HVAC unit put in and rang them up for an updated estimate for our home. Though they still had it on file it still took them two days to get back to us. Because they drug their feet on getting back to us we decided to go with another company who offered us the same package for $2000 less than Advantage. When the lady finally got back to me on the estimate despite my call for them to cancel it she was rude! She told me, "Good luck with anybody else because we are the only ones in town licensed," which is not totally true to claim. Glad we decided not to go with them after all. I have not heard any bad things about Advantage's work but customer service is one of the biggest deciding factors for me aside from price in choosing which company my money goes to.
