Description of Work: I found them very difficult to deal with (the wholesale side). I recently bought 20+ Afghan pines (between 6' and 10' tall). One of my trees has died. I called to see if they can (at least partially) cover the replacement. They offer NO guarantee but blamed landscaper instead. Prices are good but considering ZERO warranty on plants it's NOT really worth it. It makes me question the quality of their product if they don't stand behind it and although my trees are under excellent professional care most of them are still in the process of establishing...unfortunately. I found office staff arrogant with sort of "shame on you calling for replacement- you received discount" attitude.
