About us

High Country Landscapes LLC is a small residential and commercial landscaping company, owned and operated by Joshua C. Botkin, MS in Rangeland Ecology, insured and bonded for landscaping and licensed irrigation services. We offer free estimates, horticulture and design consultations, and guaranteed satisfaction for all projects. We warrantee plants for one year if we provide irrigation. All contracts clearly detail project proposals, costs, and terms. After an initial deposit of 50%, final payment is due upon receipt of final invoice (within 30 days), and a charge of 5% will accrue monthly for all unpaid balances.

High Country Landscapes LLC is an artistic residential and commercial landscaping company which incorporates common-sense conservation and land management practices.​ We offer conceptual designs for hardscapes, nativescapes, xeriscapes, and xeroscapes, including artificial turf installation. We design and construct landscapes for erosion control and/or water conservation. In the Ruidoso and Alto, N. M. areas only, we provide summer and winter maintenance, tree thinning, and snow removal.
