The inital work appeared to go as planned, but it took the guys more than three weeks to get the heating hooked up. Then when the home was almost complete and ready for the inside plumbing, it took the guys several weeks to get the work done. Their delays contributed to us moving into the home later than expected. Their invoice was not itemized so I still do not know what some of the plumbing and heating materials really cost me. Also, I do not have a final bill so the $13K is just for the preliminary work, not the final work. During the course of the work, I asked one of the guys why it was taking so long and he replied that we were not a priority. Of course, that did not make me feel very good. There are several other plumbers in the area who have received higher ratings on Angie's List and I plan to use them once my warranty expires.

They are unreliable and annoying to try and deal with.

The young guy from All American Plumbing and Heating has been to our cabin several times to repair the gas room heater. Another guy came with him this time and as a result, we paid for two guys when I believe the original guy could have done the entire job. They did repair the gas room heater and the appliance worked well for about 9 months. Recently, my husband and I took the heater apart, cleaned it thoroughly and it is working again. I believe that if the guys had cleaned the gas heater as thoroughly as we did, the appliance would have worked longer without incident. We also noticed a slight gas smell under the cabin and asked one of the guys to check it out. He noticed a line connected to the water heater was loose and tightened it.
