CCC Flooring

Very professional, competent and fast worker.

Workers were punctual and neat....

We hired CCC to install our new flooring as I have a bad back and cannot spend time on my hands and knees. I am not a professional, but the tile work I have done on my home and two of my friends* home outshines CCCs by light-years. They installed tiles that were flawed, they damaged my mothers desk that was given to a gift and did not inform that they did that. There was thin-set and grout on my wall and furniture and leather loveseat. They leave spilled thin seats and grout on my garage floor and sidewalk in the front of my home. They left a mess in the master bathroom and in the back yard. The tile was not installed level. I have never had to use shims or leveling devices on my furniture, but I do now. The day they *finished* they left with a film on the floor from the grout. My wife and I spent our Christmas Eve and Christmas day on our hands and knees (some I am not supposed to do and the reason we haired someone) cleaning the floor. I would not recommend then and I am absolutely amazed that they would have a 4.6-star rating with the poor workmanship and poor integrity (not telling us about the damage they did to my furniture. I regret having hired them.

I highly recommend CCC Flooring. David sent me a text within minutes of my project submission. He came out to my home the same week and his price was fair. Everyone in the crew was very nice and professional. They arrived on time. They were also very skilled and made pattern suggestions that were beautiful. The project was a guest bedroom, master bedroom and walk in closet. They were finished in two days. The estimate was not very detailed but David was good to his word on the scope including removal of the carpet. They were flexible too. I added tile baseboard and stone transitions to the project. I hope to use them again.

David installed a kitchen backsplash . When I sent an inquiry about an estimate, he called back in a very timely manner. I sent him pictures and he got right back with an estimate. He arrived on time and went right to work. He knows tile and did an excellent job. There were a few little holes in the calking, and when I called David he came right over and fixed them. A very nice, conscientious young man.

David was very professional and friendly. He was also knowledgeable and efficient. I would definitely recommend them.
