Description of Work: Tree Trimming, Yard Cleanup, irrigation tune-up (drip system) and pruning.

Description of Work: I originally asked them to do only the front yard and trees; they got up some of the leaves, claimed it was impossible to get the ones from IN the bushes. (I can do it!) One guy cut a number of dead branches, and some others that were shading the smaller trees and bushes too much. It looked OK when I went out to pay them. It was later I realized they had left a LOT undone that could not be easily seen. They went to lunch, and when they came back, I made them do it right. (He charged only about 1/2 of what I would have paid to do those high branches) Then, he gave me a price almost double to do the back yard. ? I did not need much done out there, and he cut it to half. I walked all around the yard with him, telling him what I wanted done. He would look at the space, or bush or tree, and make other suggestions. I told him OVER AND OVER: I ONLY WANT THEM TO CUT DEAD BRANCHES! The guys were out front. He went out to tell them and I had to do something inside, so it was a few minutes to come back. He had left, and they were cutting everything willy-nilly! They cut two perfectly good branches off an apple tree, with half-grown apples on it! I yelled at them to stop. I said DIDN'T HE TELL YOU? ONLY CUT DEAD BRANCHES? But no, he had not!. So I sent them away, and the one guy who knew what he was doing finished the dead branch cutting. I wish I knew his number! He is the only one who knew what to do, and did it right.

Description of Work: Removed 2 trees, vine root ball, cut back Russian Sage and explained how to prune back trees.
