I rated them a 4.5 on quality because one of the chairs was not cleaned well. However, when I called them back, they had excellent customer service, got right on it, cleaned it beyond clean, no extra charge. I would use them again because of their responsiveness to the problem and the excellent way they handled it. Stuff can happen and it's not always the owner out their doing the work, but it is their responsibility to step up and fix it, and boy did they!
