This was a very smooth project. Although Window Service Company normally charges $50 to provide an estimate, the fee was waived because I had heard their commercial on KKOB Radio. Mentioning that saved me $50. This is a family operated business. Sam, the owner, came to our home at the appointed time, inspected our windows and gave an estimate. Which we accepted. The glass units took about 6 weeks for delivery. Once on hand at WSC, we scheduled the installation. Sam and his two sons arrived on time, were very courteous and neat. They finished the installation in a half day and thoroughly cleaned up their work areas, They used high-quality, American-made Lund window units, that have a 20-year guarantee. We have some more window units with failing seals, and, when the time comes for their replacement, we’ll use WSC again.

Replaced more than a dozen windows. Excellent work, and cleaned up after every day's work. Really competent installers and careful, neat workmanship. Excellent service for repair work.

Sam works with his wife and sons and they are all wonderful people! This is the 2nd time I have had Sam replace windows and fix other window issues. This time he replaced 2 very large double paned windows. He also repaired windows that were sagging and hard to open, close and lock. He brought me a can of silicon lubricant and taught me how to maintain my windows. Sam and his sons work quickly until the entire job is complete, and then they clean up after themselves! Sam explains everything before he starts the job and reviews what he did when the job is complete. My windows are now perfect and I will continue to hire Sam when the rest of my aging windows need attention.

Our house is 17+ years old and as such some of the vinyl window assemblies were starting to show their age by leaking air and precipitation. As we later learned the fact that the company that made the windows in our house was no longer around — which of course complicated matters greatly. The expert team @ WSC did an excellent job of determining which windows needed outright replacement and which could be repaired. They then presented us with a detailed cost estimate and explained exactly what was needed and why. Their craftsmanship and professionalism was simply excellent. We would not hesitate to hire them again.

Requested refund of that portion and Window Service Corp. agreed immediately, " that it was the right thing to do." They showed up on time and had already set up their saws and equipment before they rang the doorbell! The work was completed efficiently and they covered the floors to keep things protected. They communicated during the repairs as to what was going on. The finished work is fantastic, it is like we have a brand new sliding door! The entry door has new weatherstripping and closes and opens with ease. The interior door doesn't drag on the floor. Sarah was a pleasure to work with, and got us answers to all of our questions and kept us informed as to when the work would be done. We definitely will hire them again to do some additional work.

As usual, Sam was punctual and very efficient. It can be difficult to remove a very old door and frame without damaging the garage wall or outside stucco. When he was finished, it was perfect. We have used Sam for over 20 years for repairs and new installations, and we will certainly use him again. Next on our to do list will be new sky lights.

Prompt, professional, easy to work with. They did a great job. Gave them a B for price because everybody's price is higher than I would like. Believe that we got good value for the price which is a more important standard for us.

Sam, Sam, Steven, Leo, Vicente and Sarah holding down the fort. You have a 65+ year old cinder block and stucco house with the old metal casement windows cut out. Instead of just slapping new windows in like the last group, Sam actually wanted to "peel" them out for a wider opening and better look. Okeydokey. And did so on all 7 windows without damaging any of the stucco. Pretty amazing. Stained and finished (3 stages) the windows as we chose the metal exterior, wood interior and special glass because of the heat build up on the south and west side of the house. Meticulous. Are those rooms significantly cooler? Amazing. Used to have to run floor fans in there before...a significant difference with upgraded windows. Family team. Work well together. Talented crew. One an artist in wood. One quite the musician and brings along the music. Good people. Good Feng Shui for our home. And did I say they are nice people?

Sam came with his guys and they got right to work. The work was done well. It was a windy day and they covered my furniture with drop cloths to keep the dust off while the door was off. They cleaned up after themselves and were very polite. I would hire them again.

It went perfectly! The owners of the company are Sam and Sarah Duran. Sarah, in the office, was knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant. Sam came to see the job and determine what we needed. The entire process took many weeks. First there was Sam's initial visit to see what the situation was, and then we got an estimate. The replacement window pane "sandwiches" couldn't be ordered until we accepted the estimate and sent a payment. We were told that it would take about 4 weeks after they ordered them for the manufacturer to send the windows, and that is just about what happened. On the day that the work was to be done Sam arrived with an experienced crew of several other workers. They came at 9:00 AM as promised, and got right to work. They obviously knew exactly what they were doing, and they finished by about noon. They were all very pleasant and considerate, and cleaned up pretty completely.

We recently moved into our current house. We noticed that the doors and windows in the house were not working properly (you could see light around an exterior door when it was closed/locked, sliding glass doors were not sliding easily or at all, windows not opening). We contacted Window Service Corp, and they came out to inspect the doors/windows. They identified problems with the door (inferior quality product that was poorly installed) and the sliding glass doors and windows. They provided a VERY detailed estimate of the work needed. We agreed to having all the work done. We provided a 50% down payment up front. The lead time for the parts was 4 weeks, so once the parts all arrived, we scheduled the repairs. On the day the work was done, Sam and his crew showed up promptly at the designated time. They reviewed the work needing to be done and then got right down to business. They were all very pleasant to talk to, and took the time to show me the problems and what they were doing to repair the items. They all showed a great deal of professionalism, and pride in their craftsmanship. Sam himself replaced the exterior door, which had not been hung correctly and was actually not providing much security from the elements. The replacement door is of much better quality, and Sam's installation was a work of art. The opening was not square in any direction, yet he fit and adjusted the door so it looks perfect, and it seals the opening completely. I will be calling Window Services Corp for any future window/door issues we have!
