Description of Work: Installed Fujitsu minisplit heater/AC unit with three zones. They gave the best price in town and got me on the schedule pretty quickly. We had a few issues with two of the indoor units, but Williams came out and fixed them free of charge. Issues included two of the blowers going out, probably under warranty (manufacturer issues) but I didn't bother too much with the details as Williams fixed everything without any hassle. Plus, they helped me get info I needed for tax rebate. Friendly staff, clean install.

Description of Work: The quote Chris Meier gave us for converting A/C from evaporative to refrigerated air was much more reasonable than the quotes we received from three other companies. Chris was honest with us, he didn't try to pressure us into hiring him or buying a unit that was more elaborate than we needed, and he honored the $500 off coupon I found on Angie's List. He arrived on time for our original appointment, he called to let us know he had been delayed and would be late for the second appointment, and he and his crew arrived on time for the installation appointment. The A/C unit is very quiet and keeps our house at a very comfortable temperature. Each time I have called Williams, I've been able to speak to someone immediately.
