I coudn't start the heater in an empty property and contacted Williams Mechanical. I called late Thursday afternoon and had an appointment for them to come out Saturday at 1PM. Chris called and said he could be there earlier and was already there when I got to the property. He started the furnace right away - a gas valve was turned off, and then screwed the furnace vent flaps open when they wouldn't stay in place on their own. I mentioned I wasn't present when a new evaporative cooler was installed and he went up on roof with me, uplugged the unit, explained how to access and clean the pad, and put the vent barrier in place. Chris was very professional, explained everything he did, and this experience ensures I will call Willaims Mechanical for any future heating/cooling needs.

Figuring out how to replicate the problem I called Williams Mechanical and described the problem. They sent Chris out and he was able to determine that the old flow valve in our home is sticking and creating just enough resistance to prevent a regular water stream. I had called and explained that I have a fluctuating pressure in my water lines. SO if you are taking a shower and running a faucet--one use is starving the other. VERY inconvenient. After checking several water faucets and entry points into our home- Chris determined some ideas to fix the problem. It seems to be fixed already. Really glad I called.

They were very good as far as explaining what was available and what it would cost; we were going back and forth on some of that. They were here when they were supposed to be here and did a great job. They were pleasant and friendly too. I do not know much about putting in air conditioning but it is working fine and that is all I care about. A couple of questions needed to be asked and they answered them completely. It was a very good experience. I would highly recommend them to anybody.

let me know what Called and phone service person very accomodating and was able to fit me in on same day. When she realized she needed to make my appointment an hour later she called right back to let me know. The service man arrived right on the re-scheduled time. He had to go get a part. He was very polite and respectful and let me know what was going on. The work description said he turned off the furnace, but I wasn't aware he did that since I told him that wasn't needed on my furnace. But anyway he did a good job, the cooler works and I heard him scraping the pan clean for quite a while. He made a note of something that might be a problem in the future but not now.
