WHOLESALE MIRROR AND GLASS

My husband and I went to the ABQ store and selected type of glass, etc. for a shower door. We obtained estimate which, I was told, might vary slightly depending on handle style selected. An appointment was made for installer to come to our home to make measurements for door. On appointment day, we waited for installer one hour past appointment time of 9 AM; then we called the office and were referred to the installer's cell phone. Called installer who said that he wasn't coming as he had been assigned to another area of town and the owner was supposed to take care of my appointment. At 11 AM the owner called and explained there was a mix-up and that he would come at 2 PM. Owner arrived around 2:30 to take measurements, and he showed us a catalog from which we made a handle selection. A few days later, the owner faxed us an invoice that was about $130 more than the original price. I called the store to question why such a difference in price - could the handle really add that much more? Price was eventually corrected to original estimate. On day of installation, installers were supposed to arrive after lunch but didn't come until 6 PM (so we could have stayed at work until then). Shortly after installation, we noticed a few problems with installation and had to make another appointment for door for corrections to be made. After this 'correction', door still did not hang straight and required one more appointment (with a third installer) to correct. Door is now hanging properly.
