Kareem and son were punctual and did an outstanding job! Both were friendly, helpful and professional.

We have a 2 story house with lots of Windows. They were extremely dirty and had not been cleaned in years. Kareem came out and gave us an estimate which was extremely fair. We scheduled for the following week. They arrived at the scheduled time which is very important as we have to take time off work to be at the house. I am more than pleased with the results. My Windows look great. I have put a reminder to have them come next year again! As an added bonus Kareem's son Miles also replaces window glass. We had 3 cracked panes. He replaced the panes at a very reasonable cost. I would highly recommend We Do Windows!

We have used them three times and the last one we didn't even need to be home. Kareem came in and did the insides of the windows flawlessly. Then they did the outside. Thank you for being so trustworthy and so efficient.

They were very professional. They noticed that the seal on 2 sky lights were damaged--something we would have never figured out. They were neat and careful. Some clerestory windows were very difficult to reach but they were careful not to damage our walls or flooring. There was 1 small problem that they missed but came back the next day without any fuss.

They do an absolutely wonderful job. They are family owned and they come once a quarter to clean the inside and outside of my windows. I have four windows that require big tall ladders to clean and they clean those with no problem.

This is the 5th or 6th time I have used this company and just love them. They will do everything and anything asked and are in and out before you know they are here. My windows sparkle and I didn't have to do it.

This is the second time we have used "We do Windows" and again we were very pleased. They were running a little late that day, but they called to tell us. They arrived at the time they said and in short order they had our windows spotless inside and out. We live in an area where there is a lot of dust so they vacuumed the sills in addition to cleaning the windows. Very pleased with their work.

They did everything in a professional manner. That's all I can say because it only consisted of cleaning the windows and they didn't make any mess. I most definitely will use them again.

Kareem was scheduled between 3pm and 4pm today. He called me last night to see if they might be able to come earlier. That worked out fine for me. Kareem and his crew showed up on time and completed the job quickly, efficiently with no problems. They were extremely professional and very polite. I HATE dirty windows and mine are now spotless, making my whole house seem brighter and cleaner! It was touch and go with the weather - looked like rain after they left. Later this evening, I got a call from Kareem checking to see if we had gotten any of the 20 drops of rain that had fallen near Old Town and on the West Side. Fortunately, we didn't get any rain - at least not yet. I was surprised and pleased that he called. Most window cleaning services wouldn't have been so thoughtful. I really appreciate it. I will schedule my Holiday window cleaning with Kareem. He'll be my "go to" window cleaner!

Excellent service. I contacted WDW at the height of the busy season so I wasn't disappointed that it took a wee bit of time to schedule.

We recently purchased a home that was 4yrs old. The windows were never cleaned, I called to see when they could come, I told them I could work around their schedule, do the inside one time and the outside another time, because the house was empty and we had painters here. They called back and said they could do it on this day, which was great, They were in and out in no time with being a two story home. I know they charge different when they clean your screens. They were very pleasant and professional.

They gave me the 10% discount. They did a wonderful job. It was neat, clean. Everything was perfect.

Kareem and his family arrived on time and, as usual, did a great job. They are all personable and professional. This is the fifth time they have cleaned our windows and I expect to call them twice a year forever. I think I enjoy my conversations with Kareem as much as I enjoy the sparkling clean windows.

Very well, very quick work but very well done. Super efficient family team. Especially happy because I have very high windows that were no trouble for the team. Additionally, they had no issue and no extra charge for work done on an east mountain home.

They showed up at the beginning of the 1 hour window they gave us for their arrival, they cleaned the windows inside and out and cleaned the dirt out of the window sills.

Took three weeks to get an appointment--which is longer than previous service but since window cleaning is not time-critical I'll just know to call earlier next time. Took advantage of a 10% discount for new customers/Angie's list; I hope they offer loyalty discounts in the future because without the discount their price would be a wee bit high. Cleaned tracks and sills waay better than previous cleaners. Did not replace every piece of furniture exactly and did not re-hang a couple of decorative tchotchkes, but overall left the house clean and in good order. No real complaint here. Kareem (owner) and his helper (his son Miles today) were careful moving ladders and equipment through house, which I really, really appreciate. They were friendly without (mercifully) being overly chatty. Arrived on time, got in, did the job in just over two hours, got their check and took off. Having clean windows is a TREAT--I stay cheered up for weeks looking at the mountains through my sparkly glass. I always think I should have it done more often.

Like I did it myself, only faster and no streaks. Showed up on time, were done with all 13 windows and the sliding glass door in 1 hour and 40 minutes. Was so happy with the results and the time it took them that I have scheduled them on a recurring basis. Nice man and his son - very calm and personable.

My house has approx. 40 exterior windows plus four interior windows/sliding glass doors into a garden room. I had suddenly learned that I needed to hold a meeting at my house and the living room windows were in dire need of cleaning. Kareem fit me in on an emergency basis and he and his son, Mike, cleaned the most relevant windows, for which I was exceedingly grateful. They (plus Kareem's daughter) returned 10 days later and cleaned the remaining windows. They were fast and efficient, and the windows have never looked better. Besides cleaning the glass, they swept and dusted the window sills and cleaned the screens. An added bonus is that they are friendly and pleasant. I'm a fan for life.
