When we discovered wetness and mold in the corner of our guest room closet, we suspected the water had come from the shower of the adjacent guest bathroom. Water Extraction Experts were the first to respond to our urgent request for help. Using sophisticated equipment, they made a thorough evaluation that tentatively confirmed our suspicions that water from the shower spray had seeped between the old showertiles and built up in the wall behind them. A detailed quote was submitted within hours. A containment area was established to prevent the spread of mold spores, and work was promptly begun to remove the water and damaged materials and begin mold remediation. Every member of the team was responsive to our needs. They arrived at the designated time everyday and worked with the utmost professionalism. They were a pleasure to work with and did an excellent job. Thank you Matt and your entire team.

Late one Saturday afternoon I left the water running in our spare bedroom bathroom, for a considerable amount of time. I called Water Extraction Experts, my call was answered promptly. Matt was at my house in 30 minutes; with 4 others on his team arriving shortly. They quickly assessed the damage and got to work. The bathroom, attached bedroom, and a hallway were flooded, along with water seepage through the wall into another bedroom. Carpet, padding, baseboards and sheetrock were all handled efficiently. Fans and dehumidifiers were promptly placed. The first of several follow up appointments were scheduled for the next morning. They arrived on time for each and every appointment. Every detail was addressed and within a few days we couldn’t tell I’d flooded half the house. They even got touch up paint to use after they replaced our baseboards. Our insurance company required very detailed information and everything they needed was promptly provided. We highly recommend using Matt’s company, you’ll be very glad you did. We sure are, they saved our Super Bowl party !!!

Matt, Andy, Chris (and a few others) at Water Extraction Experts did a thorough and exemplary job of putting our home back in good order, as it was before our little disaster. Black mold was discovered, aggravated by the unnecessary delays described above. Water Extraction Experts did the demo, remediation and reconstruction in a timely manner and at a very reasonable price. (coordinated drywall and hardwood subcontractors as well). They worked smoothly with our insurance. On their many visits, every one of them was very friendly, polite, respectful and accommodating. They always arrived promptly. I lost count of how many visits this crew made out here (we live in Tijeras). I had to leave during their last visit on Friday and asked my wife to do a walk around final inspection. I paid the invoice before I left. She pointed out that the rubber seal strip was missing from the foot of the shower insert. (inexpensive peel 'n stick DIY item) and that there was a small hole behind the missing, broken tile. After essentially completing the project and after being paid... THEY CAME BACK OUT on Saturday, replaced the seal and cosmetically reconstructed the damage from the broken tile. The damaged tile was not their responsibility. This was absolutely above and beyond expectations! (Note: Hardwood contractor paid separately.) You won't regret hiring these folks.

I was pleasantly surprised at the high quality and professionalism found at Water Extraction Experts.  They were prompt, courteous, and always did what they said they would do.  Everything they did looks clean and professional.  They understand how to deal with water leaks and know a great deal of what home insurance will provide in terms of coverage.  I highly recommend using this company.  Water Extraction Experts is the most professional company I have dealt with in New Mexico.

Experienced a water leak in my bathroom and garage ceiling. While this problem was very stressful, Matt and Chris calmly and promptly handled our water and mold issues. I was also impressed by the other contractors that Matt chose to augment the required maintenance. Considering the urgency of the situation, I felt that this company went out of their way to make pricing very reasonable. I will definitely recommend this team to my real estate investor friends.
