Description of Work: I switched my home over to central air. Wagner did the work and they were fantastic, on time, worked very hard, cleaned up after themselves and finished exactly when they told me they would. I would highly recommend them!

Description of Work: We called the provider Saturday morning because the heater went out. They were to send a technician who talked to my husband and because of parts needed they arranged he would come first thing Monday morning. Monday morning the technician did not show so my husband called and they had pushed us back to afternoon and had not notified us. Be clear we had already had no heat since Saturday and pipes were becoming an issue as well. When my husband reminded them we had been without heat they simply said "we know" Because of their lack of communication and consideration of freezing customers we will never use their services.

We are very sorry for the lack of service you received. As you know Albuquerque and the State of New Mexico received a major snow storm and the Governor declared a state of emergency which closed the major interstate running through Albuquerque to the Texas State line. The roads were not safe. We received hundreds of phone calls over the weekend from customers that had no heat. Monday morning the Albuquerque Police Dept. discouraged any driving until the roads improved. The City, County, and State Governments were on a two hour delay which we followed. At the time you called at 8:50am our staff was just arriving because of the two hour delay. We understand this made you angry that we had not called to update you which was not possible because of the nature of the delay. As with all our customers, you are important to us and we would like to make this right for you.
