Description of Work: I had a new heater and air conditioner put in by Wagner. They did a great job and my electric bill has gone down and my gas bill has gone down, gas bill and electric bill both have come down $30 a month. They come every year Spring and Fall to do the air conditioner.

Description of Work: The cost of service is for purchase and installation of a tankless water heater in Feb. 2016. In the serviceman (Efrain) worked through the weekend to install the new unit and minimize the time we were without hot water. | |More recently, Wagner replaced a leaking A/C coil in furnace plenum and leaking condensate collector reservoir. I purchased my furnace and refrigerated air conditioner from Wagner in 2011. That involved HVAC, sheet metal fabrication, electrical and natural gas areas of expertise. While their prices seem somewhat high, any problems I've had have been promptly fixed under warranty. The A/C coil problem was discovered during the spring inspection under their optional "Silver" level annual maintenance plan which includes spring and fall inspections of A/C and Furnace systems at no additional charge. | |For equipment installation and warranty/repair work, all the Wagner service techs have been knowledgeable and conscientious, and showed up within the scheduled 2 hour window. They also leave the work area as clean or cleaner than it was before they arrived. Wagner pulls permits as needed, and the city inspectors have never had an issue with their work.

Description of Work: I had to have my furnace replaced in December. I had hired a different contractor and thought I was getting a song and dance. So I went with Wagner because I trusted them, and sure enough they lived up to their billing. The tech kept the appointment even though he was an hour and a half behind due to all the craziness...took the time to go over my furnace and then show me using simple tools, what was going on. When it was determined that this was going to be an emergency replacement(my furnace was leaking CO), Wagner came out quickly, gave me a fair price and had it installed in a couple of days...Really good crew, great work, and a awesome company.
