They sent 2 people when only 1 was needed. Said the cost would be 700 and I would get a 5 percent discount. Cost me over 800 and didn't give me a discount.

I was expecting the service call would take all day as we were told it would. Jose Sanchez came in explained what he was going to do, diagnosed and identified the problem in half the time we were told it would take. He was very professional and friendly. We were pleased with the results.
