Reece was very thorough and explained everything as he made the repair. He was the person who discovered the full Expansion tank the day prior when he was here for something else. He showed me the old Expansion tank & how it was full of water instead of air. This new Expansion tank will extend the life of my water tank until I can save money to replace it. Thank you.

Found water heater leaking late Sunday and Thomas was out to repair by noon Monday. Very quick to fix our issue and make recommendations.

The installers did a great job but progress was hampered by faulty equipment that required an immediate warranty replacement (not their fault) but they stuck with it, a task nearly taking all day which was scheduled just for a morning.

My tenant was having issues with the AC unit. The house is in ABQ and I live in TX currently. I spoke to Andrew on the phone. He setup my expectations about the work and he did everything he could to make the experience as easy as possible. He fixed the issue the same day and now my tenants have cool air and are happy!

My Technician Steven Jaramillo was Great. He answered all my questions concerning my water heater unit, gave me recommendations, fixed the issues I was have in a short period of time. I've been on Wagner's maintenance plan for over 15 years. Our tech, Denis was very professional and courteous. Expensive repairs but sometimes you get what you pay for.
