Steven came in a timely manner and was knowledgeable and professional. He did a great job replacing my outdoor faucet but it should not have cost $456.00 for less than an hour's work. He replaced the faucet and put some new insulation on the pipe but that was all. Wagner needs to reduce their prices if they want my business again.

Multiple service calls, up to number eight, heater was installed incorrectly and still has not been fixed. They continue to send people out, but no one seems to be able to fix it.

We installed a new furnace and switched to refrigerated air. Luciano and his team made the necessary changes to accommodate the new system. I am impressed with their workmanship and they were professional from start to finish.

I am very impressed with the work of Andrew Castillo and his team. We purchased a new furnace and switched the A/C to refrigerated air. They spent the day converting and modifying all the necessary details for the conversion. The craftmanship is excellent and we are enjoying our new system. We chose the mid-winter for the install to avoid any possible delays during summer. Thanks to all the Wagner team involved from the purchase to installation completion. I was available most of the day of the install but had to return to work and was able to leave our home and Delta (our border collie) in the care or Andrew. Delta did well and was comfortable while Andrew completed the install.

Wagner office staff first rate when comes to keeping me informed on everything from when technician was to arrive to immediate follow-up on how my experience was. Technician John was very amiable and courteous and got the job done efficiently and at a reasonable price. No wonder they've been local fixture since 1928. Thanks so much.

STEVEN J. Was excellent! I couldnâ t check off (on the drop down list) all the things he did. In addition to toilets he installed a new pressure tank for our well, a new whole house filter, water softener and new hot water heater, correcting the very poor work that had been previously done. We canâ t recommend enough!

Hot tub went dead in the middle of winter. Wagner responded same day to fix a wiring issue. Kept hot tub pipes from freezing up.

The men showed up, did the work, explained everything, cleaned up after themselves and left. I planned for half a day and they were done in about 2 hours

Our service technician, Mike J., was friendly, efficient, and very professional. He is a genuine asset to the Wagner team.

I called Wagner and John came the next day. I was surprised and pleased to get such a one-day response. When John arrived, he set right to work and fixed the furnace in only a few minutes. He answered all of my questions and was very professional. After fixing one furnace he offered to stay a little longer and perform a regular checkup and service my number two furnace. I think John was here for less than an hour. The house is now warm and the price was reasonable. Thank you Wagner and John.

Technicians show up as scheduled. Does the needed work in an efficient and expeditious manner. Technicians are knowledgeable and hard workers. Very professional.

Pablo and his coworker did a fantastic job on the electrical job we requested- we actually wanted something removed from the outside of our house. He was professional and knowledgeable and did a lot of troubleshooting to come up with the right solution. They left the site better than they found it.

The new water heater had a faulty pilot light and I had to keep manually relighting it to get hot water. Customer Service was very helpful. It took two visits from technicians to determine the problem but it was fixed and now works properly.

John, the installer did an excellent job. He not only installed the thermostat professionally but, took time to instruct me on how to use it. John was a very polite and friendly man.

Isiah Washinton was professionial. He was polite and communicated what the issues were with my tankless water heater. He arrived on time and the effort and hard work he displayed was awesome. He was outstanding and excellent in correcting the issues tcaused the tankless water heater to stop working.

Victor is great. Took time to figure out what was going on with the furnace.
