We have used Wagner since we moved to Albuquerque seven years ago. They are first-class. They have done all our plumbing work, installed a new HVAC system and maintain it. They come when they say they will, do the work professionally and efficiently. Best plumbers and HVAC people in town.

Had new mini-split unit installed. Everyone was professional and reliable and work was done well. Had a minor concern about what appeared to be a stain left on the plaster wall so they came back out and took a look and ended up being just some residual dust from install. Felt kind of dumb but they were super nice and chill about it.

They were pleasant to work with, very nice to talk with. Kept their promise to call right back, and I was able to get same day service. Showed up on time, checked the heater, did not waste time. Told me what was wrong, repaired it. Asked me to call back if I had any problem.

Levi and Jose arrived and assessed the wire condition. Under a kitchen light fixture, The installation wires are all dried up and cracked. Levi told me of the options on replacement. Both techs got busy and within a two hour time frame replaced the wires and a bad switch and installed a new light fixture. Andrew the technician was very reliable and communicative as was the office staff at Wagner. They responded the same afternoon I called and went out to the house immediately that afternoon to diagnose the problem. The control board for the furnace was secured and installed within less than 48 hours. I will definitely recommend and use Wagner Mechanical again and again. Very professional .

The furnace repair was timely, clean, and efficient. The cost was fair. The customer service delivered by Alan Garcia was outstanding.

We had a leak in two of our bedrooms on each side of the bathroom. We were concerned it was something serious. Steve, from Wagner, checked out the situation and determined we did not have a pipe leaking. He found the issue quickly. There was an 8th of an inch gape in the caulking on the tube faucet, and when we showered, some water was running down into that small crack. Steve was professional, found the issue quickly and fixed it, We felt the price was very fair for the service. We would highly recommend Steve. The person who answered our call at Wagner was very professional and was able to get Steve out the same day. - great customer service! So happy we called Wagner.
