Jack Cupp came to my house and replaced the valve under the kitchen sink. He also replaced the water heater thermal expansion tank. He worked quickly and efficiently. He was very pleasant and explained everything he did. Thank you Jack and thank you Wagner Mechanical! Terry

I didnâ  t have an appointment until May 15, and they called me today and had a technician in my neighborhood so I got it early, which was really nice. Thomas Chavis turned on my air conditioner and shut off my heater and he was really nice and fast.

The work performed at my residence was trying to locate a water leak that was not located by the technician, I did the digging on the outside and when they hooked the gas or air they use to the hot water line I noticed bubbling in the water outside I pointed that out to tech but he proceeded to do sonar testing,thermal imaging and drill my floor to find moisture. the very next day I went and dig just a bit lower and found the leak right where the water was bubbling so my floor was damaged for nothing and on top of that I had to pay almost 700 dollars for 3 hours of work that produced nothing. Disappointing.

Nick and the other technicians from Wagner arrived in a timely manner and completed the installation of my new mini split. They did a very thorough job and were all very friendly and helpful!

The utterly professional approach that Pablo and Roberto, and also Matt, took to a very complicated electric panel upgrade was just great to watch. These guys take great pride in their work - which is the highest praise I can give to someone. No need to check their work because they already did. 10 out of 10!

Our Technician Dennis Elliot was professional, thorough , and efficient. He fully explained all aspects of the repair and related questions. The repair was scheduled quickly, the parts were in stock, and he arrived as scheduled.

Honest and professional! Dennis explained everything that I needed and answered all questions (very patient). He worked quickly and left nothing for clean up. True pro!!
