Had my two A/C units maintained, they did a decent job on a rainy day.

Being a construction superintendent I appreciated the flexibility and clear communication. The Tech arrived promptly with advance notice via text; with a picture of the tech. He worked efficiently and without creating a mess. Will definitely use them for all my mechanical and plumbing needs

The installation personnel were awesome...polite and explained how the system works. I would have given this contractor a 5 if the sales person would have returned as promised to our home to thank us and ensure we were happy with the system.

The technician was friendly and seemed competent. However, my problem after 3 visits was not resolved. The estimate of over $1200 seemed high, and I decided to seek estimates from other companies.

Was high pressured to replace the evap cooler with air conditioning. Sales person gave erroneous information RE condition of my furnace. Worker who ultimately came out to service the cooler did not replace a worn out belt (another company we called did so. ) He also failed to give an accurate recommendation re the pads, which turned out to be rotten and filled with bacteria. I had just bought the house and knew 0 about such coolers. Worker also tried to get me to ^repair" and replace at a cost I later learned was the same as a NEW one.

Did exemplary work and left the place spotless.

Todd was awesome. He explained everything thoroughly. he was on time and very efficient and friendly. We have a heating and cooling guy for life.

Unfortunately, the technician was not permitted by company policy to make the repairs I needed. He was, however, very helpful by recommending another company. I have used Wagner before and appreciate their ability to find the problem and and effect a repair.

Need to ask about ," what exactly will they do, to clear out the drain 's." sometimes it's not enough to just do one drain. 2 or 3 drains inside and the 2 clear outs on the outside, might need to done.

The service was very professional and offered suggestions on how to maintain optimum performance on my cooler.

Efrin was my expert today. Last night at 8pm my water heater decided it was going to break. I went online and made an appointment for Thursday but today the company called to make sure my appointment time was correct. I explained that I was without hot water in the house and if they had an opening for today I would be grateful. The very professional and immediately changed my appointment. Efrin showed on time and was kind even though I wasn't very pleasant because I'm also very sick. He completed the work and provided me an emailed invoice. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
